SALARY RANGE: $12 – $20 Hourly
LOCATION: GAMING COMMISSION
JOB DUTIES: Under the supervision of the Surveillance supervisor, the surveillance observer performs as a security agent for Golden Pony Casino and Thlopthlocco Tribal Town premises. The surveillance observer will use surveillance equipment to monitor all secured locations such as but not limited to: Cage, Vault, Count, Drop Periods, Server Room, Promo Events, etc. Provide daily reports incoming/outgoing suspicious activity and disseminate to Security and Commission. Provide routine inspections of surveillance equipment. Be knowledgeable with basic search methods and Cage functions.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or GED required, associate’s degree is preferred. Prior experience in casino surveillance is preferred. Must be able to work nights, weekends, holidays, if necessary. Must promote a composed and professional demeanor in public and employee relations. Must maintain strict confidentiality and possess good oral and written communication skills. Must possess a valid driver’s license. Must submit to and pass all necessary background checks and drug testing.
