Under the supervision of the Tribal Administrator, the Human Resource Director is responsible for managing the day-to-day human resources activities throughout the organization, including employee recruiting, orientation, compensation, benefits.
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business or Organizational Development and Accounting preferred. Broad knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety and training development. Experience in the administration of benefits and compensation programs and other Human Resources Programs. Must maintain strict confidentiality. Must be willing to attend training programs to improve skills. Must possess good oral and written communication skills. Must have a valid driver’s license. Must submit to and pass all necessary background and drug testing.
