SUMMARY
The position located in the Food & Beverage department, under the direction of the Grill Supervisor. The Cashier/Cook ensures quality guest service in a professional and friendly manner by greeting and thanking guests for dining in our cafe; works with Point-of-Sale system to record all sales transactions; assists team members as needed or requested.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Welcomes guests in a friendly and timely manner; always maintains superior customer service to all guests.
- Complete all financial transactions in a friendly and timely manner.
- Completes all tasks required to receive a daily GPC vault issued bank, including reporting and tips reconciliations.
- Actively comply with all Title 31 regulations as required/instructed.
- Adheres to proper phone etiquette as directed by Management.
- Cooks and serves all menu items offered and eating outlet.
- Ensure Host areas and stations are always kept clean and presentable.
- Assists team members as needed while promoting a positive teamwork environment.
- Ability to perform all duties associated with all Food & Beverage operations and all related and compatible duties as required and/or assigned.
EDUCATION
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
EXPERIENCE
One year’s experience in a high-volume food and beverage operations with multiple venue responsibilities, casino experience preferred. Cash handling skills strongly recommended.
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS
- Food Handler’s Card is required for all F&B positions.
- TTT Gaming License is required.
