SUMMARY

Supervise and ensure compliance of Casino operations for the assigned area, as well as provide customer service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  1. Must ensure that the departmental personnel have been adequately trained and are knowledgeable of all internal controls and Title 31 requirements.
  2. Must prepare and reconcile daily paperwork.
  3. Transfer monies to the issue bank tray, verifying total monetary amount, denominational quantities and segregation of denominations. Complete tally sheet, including signature and date.
  4. Must acknowledge and respond to customers immediately.
  5. Must assist with troubleshooting gaming machines and reporting issues with gaming machines.
  6. When vault is restocked with revenue, verify amount on the Cash receipt form, or Deposit Form
  7. Responsible for being familiar with all games currently offered at the Casino.
  8. Must obtain a professional appearance.

EDUCATION                                                                                                 

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

One (1) to Two (2) years’ experience in Casino Management preferred.

Must be able to gather and skillfully analyze information

Must possess excellent interpersonal skills

Must possess excellent problem solving skills

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS

TTT Gaming License.

JOB DEMANDS

Physical

Must be able to lift up to fifteen (15) pounds.

Environmental

Must be able to work in a smoke filled environment and within a high noise level and bright lights.
